Beef with Green Beans

I share with you this delicious and simple recipe for beef with green beans. It's one of the favorite recipes in my house, it doesn't require many ingredients, and it's an ideal dish if you are on a diet or watching your figure. Don't miss making it.

  • 500 grams green beans
  • 100 grams celery, washed and disinfected
  • 1/2 green bell peppers
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 500 grams beef cutlet
  • Oléico® safflower oil
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 teaspoon ginger

  • Slice the onion and ginger
  • Fry them with a little oil until the onion is translucent. Add the vegetables cut into small pieces.
  • Cook for approximately 30 minutes until the green beans are cooked. If necessary, you can add a little water.
  • Add the meat and season with salt and soy sauce.
  • Cook until the meat is ready.
