Casserole Pasta

Recipe for pasta with a mix of delicious elements. Spinach, cherry tomatoes, and a touch of thyme that will be the perfect hosts for a meal or dinner with your loved ones.

  • 220 grams spinach
  • 200 grams cherry tomato
  • 800 milliliters vegetable broth

  • Wash the spinach leaves and disinfect them.
  • Slice the onion into thin strips and finely chop the garlic.
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a deep pan.
  • Sauté the garlic and onion for about 3 minutes until they become translucent and release their aroma.
  • Add the pasta, spinach leaves, tomatoes, thyme, and basil to the pan. Add the vegetable broth stirring occasionally, simmer for about 12 minutes or until the liquid has reduced. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve by sprinkling parmesan cheese.
