Chard Tacos with Potato and Cheese

  • 2 bunches chard
  • 2 potatoes
  • 250 grams refried black beans
  • 1/2 onions
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • garlic powder
  • salt and pepper

  • Wash the chard, remove the stems, and set aside.
  • Cut the potato into cubes and boil in a little water for no more than 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Sauté the onion along with the garlic in oil.
  • With the sautéed onion, add the cubed potato for 5 minutes, stirring until combined.
  • Add the pre-washed chard until it reduces.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste and heat until the chard changes color and reduces to combine everything. You can add chicken bouillon powder if you like.
  • Turn off the heat and add mozzarella cheese distributed throughout, stir one last time. Cover the container to let the cheese melt with the steam.
