Cut the potato into cubes and boil in a little water for no more than 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Sauté the onion along with the garlic in oil.
With the sautéed onion, add the cubed potato for 5 minutes, stirring until combined.
Add the pre-washed chard until it reduces.
Add salt and pepper to taste and heat until the chard changes color and reduces to combine everything. You can add chicken bouillon powder if you like.
Turn off the heat and add mozzarella cheese distributed throughout, stir one last time. Cover the container to let the cheese melt with the steam.
