1/2 kilos ground beef
1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped
1/4 cups breadcrumbs
1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese, in medium cubes
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 onions
1 clove garlic
2 tomatoes
1 cup tomato purée
salt
pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
1 1/2 cups chicken bullion

In a bowl, mix the ground beef, parsley, breadcrumbs, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
Form a small ball and with your finger, make a hole. Add the mozzarella cheese and close the ball perfectly covering the cheese.
Blend the onion, garlic, tomato, tomato puree, salt, pepper, and oregano. Set aside.
In a pot, add olive oil and fry the meatballs for 5 minutes until golden. Add the sauce and chicken broth. Cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.
Serve in a deep plate and garnish with parsley. Pair with rice.
