Cook healthily and evenly with Jade Smart®! This Chicago-style pizza is characterized by being very thick, but not because of the dough; it is filled with a lot of cheese, it is simply delicious.
4 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded (it is important to use cheese that melts perfectly)
1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
1/2 cups pepperoni, sliced
chile flakes, to accompany

Mix the flour, sugar, yeast, salt, and butter in a bowl. Then add the water gradually and knead until you achieve a firm and uniform consistency. Form a ball with the dough and place it in a previously greased bowl.
Cover the pizza dough with a cloth and let it rest until it doubles in size (about 30 minutes).
With the help of your fist, punch down the dough to remove excess air.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, once stretched, roll it onto the pin to cover your Jade Smart® pan, cut the edges, and with the help of your fingers, form the crust.
Fill the pizza dough with plenty of shredded mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Then cover the entire surface with pizza tomato sauce, sprinkle more mozzarella cheese, place pepperoni slices, and cover the pan.
Cook the Chicago-style pizza on the stove or over a grill on low heat for about 20 minutes or until it is golden brown.
Serve your pan pizza slice accompanied by chili flakes and herb oil, enjoy with your preferred drink.
