  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Clean the chiles by removing the stems, then place them in hot water for 20 minutes.
  • Blend the chiles with the garlic, onion, cumin, clove, salt, and pepper. Strain the sauce.
  • Wash the onions and remove the stems.
  • Place the butter cut into cubes at the bottom, add the onion, pineapple in triangles, and the prune. Place the chicken and add the sauce; adjust the seasoning. Coat the chicken well in the sauce and cover the container with aluminum foil.
  • Bake for 1 hour. After this time, check that the chicken is cooked; if not, leave it for an additional 25 minutes, then turn off the oven and keep it inside until serving.
