  • Capullo® Safflower , for the chicken cake
  • 1/4 cups bacon, for the chicken cake
  • 1/4 cups onion, for the chicken cake
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped, for the chicken cake
  • 1 cup turkey deli ham, in medium cubes, for the chicken cake
  • 1 kilo ground chicken, for the chicken cake
  • 1 egg, for the chicken cake
  • 1/4 cups Dijon mustard, for the chicken cake
  • 1/4 cups breadcrumbs, for the chicken cake
  • 1/2 cups Manchego cheese, grated, for the chicken cake
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped, for the chicken cake
  • Capullo® Safflower , to grease the mold
  • 3 tablespoons Capullo® Safflower , for the gravy
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley, finely chopped, for decoration

Low
  • Heat a little Capullo® Safflower in a pan and sauté the bacon, onion, garlic, and ham cubes for 3 minutes or until everything is golden. Set aside and let cool.
  • In a bowl, mix the ground chicken, egg, mustard, breadcrumbs, manchego cheese, parsley, and the previous sauté until combined. Place the mixture in a greased baking dish and bake the chicken cake at 180 °C for 40 minutes.
  • Cook Capullo® Safflower and the flour for 3 minutes over low heat or until it turns golden. Add the chicken broth, parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix and cook for 5 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  • Serve the chicken cordon bleu cake, drizzle with the sauce, garnish with finely chopped parsley, and accompany with salad.
