Ingredients: Capullo® Safflower, for the chicken cake; 1/4 cups bacon, for the chicken cake; 1/4 cups onion, for the chicken cake; 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped, for the chicken cake; 1 cup turkey deli ham, in medium cubes, for the chicken cake; 1 kilo ground chicken, for the chicken cake; 1 egg, for the chicken cake; 1/4 cups Dijon mustard, for the chicken cake; 1/4 cups breadcrumbs, for the chicken cake; 1/2 cups Manchego cheese, grated, for the chicken cake; 3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped, for the chicken cake; Capullo® Safflower, to grease the mold; 3 tablespoons Capullo® Safflower, for the gravy; 3 tablespoons flour; 1 1/2 cups chicken broth; 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese; onion powder; garlic powder; salt and pepper; parsley, finely chopped, for decoration

Heat a little Capullo® Safflower in a pan and sauté the bacon, onion, garlic, and ham cubes for 3 minutes or until everything is golden. Set aside and let cool. In a bowl, mix the ground chicken, egg, mustard, breadcrumbs, manchego cheese, parsley, and the previous sauté until combined. Place the mixture in a greased baking dish and bake the chicken cake at 180 °C for 40 minutes.
