Chicken Rolls on Asparagus Cream

  • 1 can asparagus cream
  • 150 grams goat cheese
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 sprig parsley

  • In a bowl, mix the goat cheese with a few pinches of black pepper and add the finely chopped parsley. Form large balls.
  • Cut the chicken breasts into thick strips and season with salt and pepper.

  • Add olive oil to a skillet and cook the chicken rolls. Turn the rolls until they are lightly browned.
