1 can asparagus cream
150 grams goat cheese
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
4 chicken breasts
1 sprig parsley

In a bowl, mix the goat cheese with a few pinches of black pepper and add the finely chopped parsley. Form large balls.
Cut the chicken breasts into thick strips and season with salt and pepper.
Wrap the goat cheese balls with strips of chicken breast; you can use a toothpick to keep the chicken in place.
Add olive oil to a skillet and cook the chicken rolls. Turn the rolls until they are lightly browned.
Prepare the asparagus cream and serve a light mirror on a slightly deep plate. Add the chicken and goat cheese rolls.
