Heat the vegetable oil and sauté the finely chopped onion.
Add the bell peppers and the chicken cubes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
In another pan, heat a little vegetable oil and sauté the remaining onion and almonds for a few minutes. Then add the curry and heavy cream, cooking for about 3 minutes.
Blend the curry sauce and sauté it, then add the chicken with the bell peppers. Serve with Tía Rosa® Precooked Tortillinas®.
