  • 1 chicken breast, cut into fajitas
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cups flour, for breading
  • 2 eggs, batter, for breading
  • 1 cup corn flakes, ground for breading
  • 1 cup vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1 cup cucumber, cut into thin slices without seeds
  • 1/2 cups red onion, sliced very thin
  • 3 cups lettuce, chopped iceberg
  • 1 cup cherry tomato, cut in half
  • 1/4 cups Clemente Jaques® caesar dressing
  • 1 cup Clemente Jacques® baked Italian croutons
  • 1/3 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 tortillas, for burrito

  • Bread the seasoned chicken fajitas with salt and pepper by passing them through flour, egg, and corn flakes.
  • Heat a small pot with oil and fry the chicken breasts until crispy, remove from the fryer and place on absorbent paper.
  • For the salad, in a bowl mix the cucumber, red onion, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, dressing, Italian Baked Croutons Clemente Jacques®, parmesan cheese, chicken, and mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
  • On a board, place the burrito tortilla and fill it with the previous preparation, close it like a burrito and grill for 2 minutes on each side, serve and enjoy.
