In a bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Season the chicken cubes with salt and pepper and set aside.In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the chicken cubes, and mix until well combined.Drain the chicken to remove excess egg, coat with flour and cornstarch, and set aside.
Fry the chicken cubes in enough oil over medium heat for 8 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain and set aside.
For the sauce: in a skillet, mix Smucker’s® Orange Marmalade, apple cider vinegar, chili flakes, garlic cloves, and soy sauce. Cook for 2 minutes or until all ingredients are combined, then add the chicken cubes and cook for 5 more minutes.
Serve the orange chicken, accompany with steamed rice, and garnish with green onions.
