In a bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside. Season the chicken cubes with salt and pepper and set aside.

In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the chicken cubes, and mix until well combined.

Drain the chicken to remove excess egg, coat with flour and cornstarch, and set aside.
