4 tomatoes, cut into quarters
1/3 onions, in pieces
1 clove garlic
1 can chipotle chile
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 onions, sliced
3 bay leaves, dry
1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded

1/2 cups refried beans, for garnish
1/2 cups sour cream, for garnish
1/2 cups queso fresco, for garnish

For the sauce, blend the tomato with the white onion, garlic, and chipotle peppers.
In a saucepan over medium heat, add the oil and cook the onion until it becomes translucent.
Pour in the sauce and season with bay leaves, add the shredded chicken, and cook for 5 minutes.
On a Bimbo® Artisan Bun, spread refried beans, add the tinga, and top with lettuce, cream, and fresh cheese.
