  • 4 tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • 1/3 onions, in pieces
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 can chipotle chile
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 3 bay leaves, dry
  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded

  • 6 Bimbo® artisan buns
  • 1/2 cups refried beans, for garnish
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, for garnish
  • 1/2 cups queso fresco, for garnish

  • For the sauce, blend the tomato with the white onion, garlic, and chipotle peppers.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, add the oil and cook the onion until it becomes translucent.
  • Pour in the sauce and season with bay leaves, add the shredded chicken, and cook for 5 minutes.
  • On a Bimbo® Artisan Bun, spread refried beans, add the tinga, and top with lettuce, cream, and fresh cheese.
