  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1/4 cups McCormick® Balance Strawberry Chia Preserve, for marinating
  • 2 tablespoons soy, for marinating
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, finely chopped, for marinating
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped, for marinating
  • 3 slices pineapple, for marinating
  • 2 cups rice for sushi, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil, for the rice
  • 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds, for the rice
  • 1 tablespoon soy, for the rice
  • 1/4 cups green onion stalks, for the rice
  • 1 cup soybean sprouts, for serving
  • 1/2 cups red cabbage, in strips, for serving
  • 1/2 cups edamame, for serving
  • 1/2 cups kale, fried

  • For marinating: Mix the chicken breast, McCormick® Balance Strawberry Chia Preserve, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and pineapple slices in a bowl. Marinate in the refrigerator.
  • On a medium grill, cook the chicken breast and pineapple slices.
  • Add the rice to a bowl and mix with sesame oil, black sesame seeds, soy sauce, and chopped green onion stems. Mix until well combined.
  • Serve the rice in a bowl and add bean sprouts, red cabbage, edamame, fried kale, sliced chicken breast, and pineapple. Garnish the Thai bowl with cilantro and serve with lime and chili flakes.
