  • 2 cups chicken breast, in strips
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups onion, in thin strips
  • 1/2 cups pumpkin, in thin strips
  • 1/2 cups carrot, in thin strips
  • 1/2 cups broccoli, blanched
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 200 grams chinese noodle, cooked
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • black sesame seeds, for garnish

  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sear for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • In the same pan, add the garlic and onion. Cook until they become translucent and then add the zucchini, carrot, and broccoli. Season with salt and pepper.
  • When the vegetables are tender, add the chicken and the Chinese noodles to the pan. Mix to incorporate, pour in the soy sauce, and mix again. Cook for 2 more minutes and remove from heat.
  • Serve the noodles on a plate and garnish with black sesame.
