  • 1 cup button mushrooms, in slices
  • 5 pork chops, in small cubes
  • 1/4 onions, roasted, for the salsa
  • 1 clove garlic, roasted, for the salsa
  • 3 tomatoes, roasted, for the salsa
  • 4 morita chiles, soaked
