Chunky tomato enchiladas with tree chili, this is a very simple way to make a delicious dish. Crispy corn tortillas with spicy tomato sauce and melted cheese. You won't be able to resist it.

5 corn tortillas
1 can tomato sauce
150 grams cheese
1 pinch oregano
5 árbol chiles, can be less
salt and pepper
1/2 cups oil , for frying

Cut the tortillas into small pieces, fry until golden. Add salt to taste.
Heat the tomato sauce until it boils. Add the chiles and oregano. Season. Keep on the heat for 3 minutes.
Add the sauce to the well-toasted tortillas. Add cheese and let it melt.
