  • Place Tres Estrellas® Pizza Flour in a bowl, pour in the cup of warm water, and mix with the help of a silicone spatula; you can also use your clean hands. Once the ingredients are combined, knead on a floured surface for 12 minutes; you should obtain an elastic dough. Form a ball with it and let it rest in a bowl covered with cling film for 20 minutes at room temperature.
  • Once the resting time has passed, place the pizza dough on a floured surface and flatten it a bit with your hands, giving it a circular shape, then place it on a 30 cm diameter non-stick skillet previously greased with olive oil. Stretch the dough to the size of the skillet with your hands and form the edge: Bring the edge of the circle half a centimeter inward and press with the tips of your fingers. Place the skillet on the stove, cover, and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
  • After the time is up, flip the dough, cover, and cook for 3 minutes, then flip the pizza again and pour in La Moderna® Pasta Sauce, add the manchego cheese, pepperoni, ham, sausage, and colored peppers. Cover again and cook for another 7 minutes, making sure the flame is not too high.
  • Cut the cold cuts skillet pizza and enjoy it with chili flakes.
