Cold Pita Bread Lasagna with Avocado

Try this different version of cold “lasagna” with pita bread and avocado. It doesn't need an oven, as it is made of layers of pita bread with avocado dip, dehydrated tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese. Don't miss out on trying it!

  • 1 original sesame and chickpea spread hummus Libanius®
  • 3 avocados, in pieces 3 avocados, in pieces

  • 1 bag Libanius® pita bread
  • 1 1/2 cups sun-dried tomatoes

  • For the dip, in a processor add the Libanius® original chickpea and sesame spreadable hummus, avocado, lemon juice, onion powder, basil, salt, and pepper. Process until you get a smooth mixture.
  • On a baking dish, place the Libanius® Taquero Pita bread and use a spatula to spread the previous mixture, add dehydrated tomatoes and a bit of Parmesan cheese.
  • Place another layer of Arabic bread and repeat the previous procedure until you get 3 layers.
  • Garnish with fresh basil.
