Creamy Strips with Turkey Breast

  • 1/2 cups Virginia Zwan® turkey breast, 250 g
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup onion, in thin strips
  • 2 cups Poblano chile strips, in thin strips
  • 1/2 cups yellow corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Manchego cheese, grated, for decoration

  • Cut the Virginia Zwan® Turkey Breast into thin strips and set aside.
  • In a skillet, melt the butter, add the onion, and fry for 2 minutes until soft.
  • Add the strips of poblano pepper, the Virginia Zwan® Turkey Breast, and the corn, mix, and cook for 5 minutes, then add the cream and season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve in a deep plate and decorate with manchego cheese. Accompany with some tasty tortillas and rice.
