Delicious Vegan Burger

Burgers will never be the same with this delicious vegan burger; you won't believe it has no meat. Made from a mix of beans, broccoli, chickpeas, corn kernels, seasoned with cumin and turmeric, accompanied by a creamy vegan dressing. It will be impossible to resist all the flavor of this burger.

  • 1 cup yellow corn kernels, frozen
  • 1 cup broccoli, frozen
  • 1 cup pinto beans, cooked and without broth
  • 1 cup chickpeas, cooked
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1/4 cups fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, white
  • 1 1/4 cups whole-wheat flour
  • 1 green onion, without tail, for the dressing
  • 1 clove garlic, for the dressing
  • 1/2 cups chickpeas, for the dressing
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, for the dressing
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, for the dressing
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice, for the dressing
  • 1/4 cups olive oil, for the dressing
  • 4 hamburger buns, vegan
  • tomato, sliced, for serving

  • Place the corn kernels, broccoli, beans, chickpeas, onion, cilantro, parsley, cumin, pepper, turmeric, onion powder, and sesame in the processor. Process until you get a smooth mixture.
  • Place the mixture in a bowl and add the flour, incorporating it with the help of a wooden spatula.
  • Form the patties and cook over medium heat in a grill pan with a little vegetable oil until golden brown. Set aside.
  • For the mayonnaise, process the onion with the garlic, chickpeas, dehydrated tomato, mustard, lemon juice, and olive oil until it reaches a creamy consistency.
  • Spread mayonnaise on a bun, place the burger patty, arugula, tomato, and red onion, cover, and garnish with cherry tomatoes. Serve and accompany with wedge potatoes.
