Easy Red Swiss Enchiladas

Add a special touch to your typical dishes with this Easy Red Swiss Enchiladas recipe, which you can prepare with a creamy sauce made from Herdez salsa and cream cheese. For this Swiss Enchiladas recipe, it is important that when you pour the sauce over the enchiladas, the sauce is boiling to melt the cheese. If this does not happen, you can also bake at 180° for 10 minutes to gratin and give it a better consistency.
