Egg Pancakes with Shrimp

  • 1 tablespoon flour

  • Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the yolks into the egg whites.
  • With the help of a spatula, incorporate the flour into the egg.
  • Add the shrimp with the help of a spoon and start forming the pancakes.
  • Place in a pan with hot oil and cook. Remove and set aside.
