Fish Sticks with Creamy Habanero Dressing

  • 300 grams fish
  • flour
  • 2 eggs, batter
  • crispy breading machine Bimbo ®
  • cooking spray
  • 2 Habanero chiles, roasted, for dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise, for dressing
  • 1/4 cups ketchup, for dressing
  • 1/4 cups lime juice, yellow, for the dressing
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • chervil, finely chopped
  • lime, cut in half, for serving
  • salad, to accompany

  • On a cutting board, cut the fish into strips two fingers thick.
  • Coat the fish strips by passing them through the flour, the egg, and the Bimbo® crispy breading, making sure to cover them well.
  • Heat a skillet with a little cooking spray and fry the sticks on all sides until golden, then drain on paper towels.
  • For the dressing, blend the habanero pepper with the mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow lemon juice, salt, and pepper until you obtain a smooth and creamy dressing, set aside.
  • Serve your fish sticks sprinkled with Chinese parsley, accompanied by yellow lemon, the dressing, and fresh salad.
