1/2 kilos fish, mantaray fillet
250 grams shrimp
1 carrot
1 sprig celery
5 tomatillos
3 cloves garlic
1 onion
vegetable oil, necessary amount
1 cup tomato purée
1 pinch oregano
1 pinch cumin
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
serrano chiles, to taste
Preparation

In a deep pot, sauté in the following order: garlic, onion, carrot, celery, chili.
Add blended or finely chopped tomatoes along with the puree.
Fill with water to allow the carrot to cook, add various spices.
Chop the mantaraya and add it when the vegetables are already cooked.
Finally, add the shrimp and adjust the salt.
