  • 750 grams white fish fillet, (chopped)
  • 1/2 red onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 serrano chile, finely chopped
  • 15 limes, ´(juice)
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • Thaw the “La Huerta” corn in the microwave.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the chopped fish, onion, lime juice, and a little salt.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator until the fish is fully cooked with the lime.
  • Add the “La Huerta” corn, cilantro, serrano chili, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve well chilled.
