750 grams white fish fillet, (chopped)
1/2 red onions, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 serrano chile, finely chopped
15 limes, ´(juice)
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Thaw the “La Huerta” corn in the microwave.
In a medium bowl, mix the chopped fish, onion, lime juice, and a little salt.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator until the fish is fully cooked with the lime.
Add the “La Huerta” corn, cilantro, serrano chili, and season with salt and pepper.
Serve well chilled.
