Fish Gringa

Dare to try something different this Lent! Mexican food is very diverse, so give it a twist and prepare this delicious fish gringa, which will be a hit if you accompany it with the unparalleled flavor of Sidral Mundet® Apple Flavor.

  • Blend the guajillo chiles, ancho chile, pineapple juice, garlic cloves, onion, clove, cumin, and salt until forming an adobo.
  • Sauté the fish in a hot pan with oil for 3 minutes, pour in the adobo and cook for 5 minutes or until fully cooked.
  • Heat a tortilla on a griddle, add the cheese and seafood, close with another tortilla and cook for 2 minutes on each side or until the cheese melts.
  • Serve the fish gringa and accompany with green sauce, onion, cilantro, pineapple, and Sidral Mundet® Apple Flavor.
