Blend the guajillo chiles, ancho chile, pineapple juice, garlic cloves, onion, clove, cumin, and salt until forming an adobo. Sauté the fish in a hot pan with oil for 3 minutes, pour in the adobo and cook for 5 minutes or until fully cooked.
