Fish in Orange Sauce

If you haven't tried this combination yet, you don't know what you're missing. It's a healthy recipe that can be made in under 10 minutes and is full of flavor.

  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® beef bouillon
  • 4 white fish fillets, (100 g each approx)
  • 1 cup orange juice, strained
  • 1/2 red onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 teaspoons vegetable oil

  • In a pan with oil, sauté the garlic and onion over medium heat. Add the fillets and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
  • Blend the orange juice with the Knorr® Beef Flavor Bouillon. Pour into the pan and cook for 5 more minutes. Serve hot.
