Ingredients: 1 tablespoon Knorr® beef bouillon; 4 white fish fillets, (100 g each approx); 1 cup orange juice, strained; 1/2 red onions, finely chopped; 1 clove garlic, finely chopped; 4 teaspoons vegetable oil

In a pan with oil, sauté the garlic and onion over medium heat. Add the fillets and cook for approximately 5 minutes. Blend the orange juice with the Knorr® Beef Flavor Bouillon. Pour into the pan and cook for 5 more minutes. Serve hot.
