Fish Taco Recipe

There’s no better way to accompany these delicious fish tacos than with the refreshing flavor of Sidral Mundet® Apple flavor, just open and enjoy this combination for Lent.

  • vegetable oil, for the filling
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped, for the filling
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped, for the filling
  • 1 cup tomato, finely chopped, for the filling
  • 1/4 cups serrano chile, seedless, finely chopped, for the filling
  • 3 cups white fish, in medium cubes, for the filling
  • salt, for the filling
  • pepper, for the filling
  • 1/4 cups cilantro, for the filling
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • vegetable oil
  • lettuce
  • pico de gallo
  • red salsa
  • Sidral Mundet® Apple flavor, for serving

  • Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion and garlic until they begin to change color, add the tomato and chili, and cook for 5 minutes. Add the fish and cook for another 8 minutes or until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper, incorporate the cilantro leaves, and cook until the liquid evaporates.
  • Place the filling in the center of the tortilla, roll it up, and secure it with a toothpick.
  • Fry the fish tacos in a skillet with enough vegetable oil for 3 minutes or until well browned.
  • Serve three fish tacos on a plate, garnish with lettuce, pico de gallo, and red salsa, and accompany with Sidral Mundet® Apple flavor.
