2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped, for the filling
1 cup tomato, finely chopped, for the filling
1/4 cups serrano chile, seedless, finely chopped, for the filling
3 cups white fish, in medium cubes, for the filling
salt, for the filling
pepper, for the filling
1/4 cups cilantro, for the filling
12 corn tortillas
vegetable oil
lettuce
pico de gallo
red salsa

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion and garlic until they begin to change color, add the tomato and chili, and cook for 5 minutes. Add the fish and cook for another 8 minutes or until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper, incorporate the cilantro leaves, and cook until the liquid evaporates.
Place the filling in the center of the tortilla, roll it up, and secure it with a toothpick.
Fry the fish tacos in a skillet with enough vegetable oil for 3 minutes or until well browned.
Serve three fish tacos on a plate, garnish with lettuce, pico de gallo, and red salsa, and accompany with Sidral Mundet® Apple flavor.
