Fish with Nut Crust

Additionally, it is not only versatile when cooking, but it also has great flavor. If you were looking for a different way to cook fish, try this one with a nut crust and a creamy chipotle sauce.

  • 1/2 cups peanuts
  • 1/2 cups pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cups cranberries
  • 1/2 cups sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cups walnuts
  • 800 grams fish fillet
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 cup cream cheese, you can substitute it with unsweetened natural yogurt
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, light
  • 1/4 cups chipotle chile
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • leaves cilantro, for garnish

  • Chop the peanuts, pumpkin seeds, blueberries, sunflower seeds, and walnuts.
  • Place the fish on a baking tray and season with pepper and olive oil. Then sprinkle with the chopped nuts, press down gently with a spoon, pour more olive oil, and bake for 25 minutes at 180 °C.
  • For the chipotle sauce, blend the cream cheese, evaporated milk, chipotle, and chicken broth. Then heat the sauce in a small pot.
  • Serve a mirror of sauce, place the fish, and garnish with cilantro.
