Quick Breaded Fish Fillet

One way to make your kids enjoy fish is by breading it. Try this easy recipe and see how it will become a favorite at mealtime. It’s very easy to prepare.

  • 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 fish fillets
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil

  • Place the breadcrumbs on a flat plate, the flour on another, and in a medium bowl, lightly beat the eggs. Set aside.
  • Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper and coat each one in flour, shaking off the excess. Then dip them in the egg, letting the excess drip off. Finally, coat them in breadcrumbs.
  • In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat, frying the fillets one by one on both sides until they are golden and cooked through.
  • Remove the fillets and drain the excess fat by placing them on paper towels.
