  • 10 Excelencia® olives, finely chopped
  • 50 Bogador® capers, chopped
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 jars Bogador® piquillo pepper
  • 1/4 cups olive oil, Magic Field

  • Fry all the ingredients in very hot olive oil, let cool, stuff peppers, serve cold, and decorate with a little olive oil and finely chopped parsley.
