  • 1 kilo red snapper fillet
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 4 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups fish broth
  • 1/2 cups olives
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 6 pickled Jalapeño chiles
  • salt, and pepper to taste

  • Wash and dry the fish well inside and out, season with salt and pepper to taste, and add the lime juice.
  • Fry the garlic and onion in olive oil and let the onion become translucent. Add the tomato and let it simmer over low heat.
  • Add the fish broth, olives, capers, chilies, and place the fish in the sauce, raise the heat and once it boils, lower the heat again and let it cook until well done and the sauce is thick.
