This is a very good recipe for making delicious French crepes. You can make them with sweet or savory filling.

250 grams flour
3 eggs
1/2 liters cow's milk
1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pinch salt

Low
Mix the flour with the milk gradually while stirring continuously.
Whisk the eggs and add them one by one to the flour and milk mixture.
Add the tablespoon of oil and a pinch of salt.
Heat the skillet over low heat and grease with a little oil.
Pour a little of the mixture, spreading it over the entire surface.
Flip when the bottom is cooked and wait a few minutes and you're done.
