French Crepes

This is a very good recipe for making delicious French crepes. You can make them with sweet or savory filling.

  • 250 grams flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 liters cow's milk
  • 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Mix the flour with the milk gradually while stirring continuously.
  • Whisk the eggs and add them one by one to the flour and milk mixture.
  • Add the tablespoon of oil and a pinch of salt.
  • Heat the skillet over low heat and grease with a little oil.
  • Pour a little of the mixture, spreading it over the entire surface.
  • Flip when the bottom is cooked and wait a few minutes and you're done.
