Golden Bean Tacos with Chorizo

  • 2 cups chorizo
  • 2 cups refried black beans

  • Place the chorizo in a skillet and cook for 3 minutes to release the fat, then add the beans with the chorizo. Remember that if the beans are not seasoned, we can add onion to enhance the flavor.
  • Add filling inside the tortillas and brown the tacos evenly in a skillet over medium heat with hot oil. Place the tacos on absorbent paper to remove excess oil. Set aside.
  • Serve the golden bean tacos with chorizo with cream, cheese, lettuce, and avocado.
