  • Heat the oil in a pan over low heat, then sauté the onion, garlic, tomato, and ham for 5 minutes or until softened.
  • Fill the squash with the help of a spoon, then add the Oaxaca cheese, place on a baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, just until they are gratinated.
  • Serve the stuffed squash hot and accompanied by a refreshing drink.
