  • 1/4 cups bacon, in medium cubes
  • 1/4 cups deli ham, in medium cubes
  • 3 cups chicken breast, in cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups canned pineapple, in cubes
  • 1 cup white onion, in cubes
  • 1 cup mixed bell peppers, in cubes
  • white rice, steamed

  • Mix the soy sauce, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, honey, ground ginger, chili flakes, and cornstarch in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bacon for 3 minutes, then add the ham and chicken breast and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Finally, add the onion, bell peppers, and sauce and cook for 5 minutes or until all the ingredients are well cooked and the sauce thickens.
  • Serve the Hawaiian chicken and accompany it with white rice.
