  • 2 boxes Del Fuerte® ground tomatoes with chipotle chiles, 210 g
  • 1/4 sticks cinnamon
  • 1/4 cups achiote
  • 1/4 cups vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 avocado leaves
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 kilo cecina, natural
  • corn tortillas, hot, for serving
  • nopal salad, for serving
  • green onion, for serving
  • green salsa, for serving

  • Blend Del Fuerte® Ground Tomatoes with Chipotle Chile, along with cinnamon, achiote, vinegar, garlic, avocado leaf, and oregano. Set aside.
  • Pour the previous preparation over the jerky and let it marinate for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Heat a grill over medium heat, add a little oil, and cook the meat on both sides.
  • Cut the meat into strips on a cutting board. Set aside.
  • Serve the meat on the tortilla, accompanied by nopal salad, green onions, and green sauce. Enjoy.
