These delicious feta cheese and lettuce pastries are a great option for snacks and to surprise your guests, as they have a rich and creamy filling wrapped in crispy puff pastry.
Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease a cupcake mold.
In a deep skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon for 5 minutes. Remove excess fat and cook the Sienna Eva® salad together with the bacon until all the liquid from the lettuce evaporates.
Add the feta cheese and cook for a few minutes. Incorporate the salad vinaigrette and flour and mix very well.
Roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin and cut into squares. Place the squares in the mold and spread with your hands.
Fill with the lettuce and cheese filling and seal the edges of the puff pastry. Brush with egg and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
