  • 10 potatoes, cooked, for the mash
  • 3/4 cups butter, for the mash
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, for the mash
  • 1 tablespoon granulated chicken bouillon, for the mash
  • pepper, for the mash
  • 2 1/2 cups beef broth, for the gravy
  • 3 tablespoons seasoning sauce, for the gravy
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, for the gravy
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch, dissolved in a little water, for the gravy
  • 12 chicken tenders, fried
  • 5 bisquet sweet bread, in half

  • Place the cooked potatoes in a large bowl and add the butter, sour cream, chicken broth concentrate, and pepper. Mash with a potato masher and set aside.
  • For the gravy: heat the beef broth in a semi-deep pot and add the seasoning sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and cornstarch. Cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes or until it thickens slightly, stirring constantly. Set aside.
  • Place a layer of biscuits in a pastry ring, then add a layer of mashed potatoes and repeat the process until the mold is filled. Unmold, cover with more mash, place some mash in a piping bag with a star tip, and decorate the cake.Decorate the mashed potato cake with gravy and chicken tenders.
