Cook the meat for 35 minutes, adding salt, garlic, and a small piece of green onion.
Place the chicken in another pot to cook with the same ingredients as the meat for 30 minutes.
To make the meat stew, chop 2 stalks of onion, 1 piece of bell pepper, and 2 tomatoes into small pieces; place them in a pot with a tablespoon of olive oil, add salt and garlic, and fry until the ingredients are golden.
To make the guacamole, chop one stalk of onion and one tomato, then peel the avocados and mash them until slightly chunky; add the tomato, onion, and lemon juice. Stir, add salt to taste, and preferably a teaspoon of olive oil.
Shred the meat and mix it into the stew that we have ready; just shred the chicken and set it aside.
Preheat the tortillas and serve.
