Meat and Chicken Filled Tacos

  • 500 grams skirt steak
  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • 3 tomatillos
  • 3 long onion stalk
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 cup lettuce, finely chopped
  • 8 tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 90 grams cream cheese

  • Cook the meat for 35 minutes, adding salt, garlic, and a small piece of green onion.
  • Place the chicken in another pot to cook with the same ingredients as the meat for 30 minutes.
  • To make the meat stew, chop 2 stalks of onion, 1 piece of bell pepper, and 2 tomatoes into small pieces; place them in a pot with a tablespoon of olive oil, add salt and garlic, and fry until the ingredients are golden.
  • To make the guacamole, chop one stalk of onion and one tomato, then peel the avocados and mash them until slightly chunky; add the tomato, onion, and lemon juice. Stir, add salt to taste, and preferably a teaspoon of olive oil.
  • Shred the meat and mix it into the stew that we have ready; just shred the chicken and set it aside.
  • Preheat the tortillas and serve.
  • To make the taco, take a tortilla and add the guacamole, then the lettuce, followed by the cream cheese, then the chicken, and finally the meat.
