Bacon-Wrapped Meat Rolls

Some meat rolls are always a good idea for lunch, but if you want to give them more flavor and make them extra special, wrapping them in bacon is all you need. With a delicious filling of potato and manchego cheese, this easy recipe will always be useful and practical for when you don’t know what to cook or for special occasions.

  • 1 package Fud® smoked bacon, (250 g)
  • 500 grams beef cutlet
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic, powder
  • onion powder
  • 2 cups potato, cooked and cut into sticks
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup Fud® Manchego cheese, grated
  • parsley, chopped, for garnish

  • Lay two slices of FUD® smoked bacon on a board and place a breaded beef cutlet on top.
  • Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder. At one end, add a little cooked potato, spinach, and grated FUD® manchego cheese.
  • Roll the breaded meat into a roll, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
  • In a hot skillet over medium heat, cook the rolls until the bacon is golden and the meat is cooked. Serve immediately with fresh parsley sprinkled on top.
