Lay two slices of FUD® smoked bacon on a board and place a breaded beef cutlet on top. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder. At one end, add a little cooked potato, spinach, and grated FUD® manchego cheese. Roll the breaded meat into a roll, securing with a toothpick if necessary. In a hot skillet over medium heat, cook the rolls until the bacon is golden and the meat is cooked. Serve immediately with fresh parsley sprinkled on top.
