A delicious and very easy ground beef recipe to prepare at home. It’s a dish you can make a day in advance and eat the next day. Ideal for a picnic or to celebrate Dad.
In a bowl, combine the meat, bread, egg, onion, carrot, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and whole milk. Knead the mixture and place half in a greased loaf pan. Arrange the eggs in the center of the meatloaf and place the remaining half of the prepared meat on top.
In a pot, add vinegar, sugar, and tomato sauce, and stir. Heat the sauce until the sugar dissolves.
Bake the meatloaf at 180° C for 1 hour.
Serve with the sauce.
