For the dough:
Mix the flour, yeast, and salt. Add the oil, egg, and a little water; start kneading and pour in the water gradually until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Once the dough is fully integrated, let it ferment for 15 to 20 minutes at room temperature.
With the help of a rolling pin, roll out the dough until it takes a circular shape, place it on a pizza stone or a baking tray.
Preheat the oven to 250º C.
Place the meat in a pot over high heat and cook for 5 minutes. Season with Hunt's® Original BBQ Sauce, tomato puree, salt, and pepper. Once the meat is cooked, remove from heat, drain the juice released by the meat, and let it cool.
Cut the bell peppers into thin strips, place them in a pan with Hunt's® Original BBQ Sauce over medium heat for 5 minutes until caramelized, remove from heat, and let cool.
On the pizza base, place the cooked and seasoned ground meat; then add a layer of salami, followed by turkey ham, and finally the cooked bell peppers.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Once ready, cut the pizza into 8 slices.
