BBQ Pork Medallions with Cherries
Pork medallions with Hunt's original BBQ and maraschino cherries, garnished with watercress. A different and delicious dish that no one will be able to resist.

8 pork medallion, 1 cm thick
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups Hunt´S ® original bbq sauce
1 cup water
400 grams maraschino cherry, without syrup
4 tablespoons corn syrup
2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
2 teaspoons nutmeg powder
8 cloves
2 teaspoons salt

Low
Brush olive oil on the medallions and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
Preheat a grill or non-stick skillet over high heat and cook the medallions for 2 minutes on each side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Pour Hunt's® Original BBQ Sauce into another skillet. Add water and heat over low for 1 minute, stirring continuously.
Add the cherries, corn syrup, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt to the skillet. Heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove the cloves.
Add the medallions and heat for 1 more minute before serving.
Serve accompanied by fresh watercress.
