Ingredients: 8 pork medallion, 1 cm thick; 1 tablespoon olive oil; 2 cups Hunt´S ® original bbq sauce; 1 cup water; 400 grams maraschino cherry, without syrup; 4 tablespoons corn syrup; 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder; 2 teaspoons nutmeg powder; 8 cloves; 2 teaspoons salt; watercress

Brush olive oil on the medallions and season with salt and pepper on both sides. Preheat a grill or non-stick skillet over high heat and cook the medallions for 2 minutes on each side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
